Yellowsand provides investment advisory services on a fee-only, non-discretionary basis. We advise; the decision to act on that advice, and its execution, always rests with you. We do not manage your funds, hold custody of your assets, guarantee returns, or earn commissions from any product manufacturer or distributor. Our advice is personalised to your circumstances and is intended for your use alone.

To engage our services you must be at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into a binding contract. By using the website or engaging us, you confirm that you meet these requirements and that the information you provide is true and accurate.

We charge a fee for our advice, agreed with you in advance and disclosed transparently before we begin. Fees are levied in accordance with the SEBI (Investment Advisers) Regulations, 2013 and the terms of your signed advisory agreement. We do not receive any commission, brokerage or other consideration from third parties in relation to the advice we give you.

The quality of our advice depends on the accuracy of the information you share. You agree to:

• provide complete, accurate and current information about your finances, goals and risk tolerance;
• complete the required KYC and risk-profiling process;
• keep us informed of any material change in your circumstances; and
• make your own decisions, considering your situation, before acting on any advice.

We are not responsible for outcomes that result from incomplete or inaccurate information, or from decisions taken without regard to our advice.

As a fee-only adviser, we do not sell financial products and we do not earn commissions. Our only compensation is the advisory fee you pay us. This structure is designed to keep our interests aligned with yours. Where any potential conflict of interest arises, we will disclose it to you in keeping with the SEBI (Investment Advisers) Regulations, 2013.
